Eileen Adams is seasoned professional in sales and event management. Throughout her career, she has worked in the area of management for several well-known hotel chains such as Embassy Suites, DoubleTree, Marriott, and Sheraton. After many years of management service within the hospitality industry, her expertise and experience led to her current role as Catering Sales Manager at the Nashville Music City Center.  As a Catering Sales Manager, Adams oversees the food and beverage needs for large conventions in addition to small meeting contracts.

Adams received her bachelor’s degree in Sociology with a minor in Music from the University of Oregon. In addition to her education and management experience, she has several certifications and training that add to her expertise in the sales and event management industry, that include ServSafe certification (food and beverage safety training), PCI Data Security Awareness, and Marriott Certified Wedding Planner, just to name a few. 

She is committed to helping her local community and has served in various capacities as a volunteer. Her volunteer work has included serving in the GraceWorks Food Pantry, River Oaks Community Church Childcare and CandleWorks, and participating in holiday meal delivery for local churches. 

Adams has been married for 11 years and has a 9-year-old son. In her spare time, she enjoys bike riding with her son, fishing with her husband, family movie night, yoga, hiking and taking her 3 dogs to the park.
