Novonda Lilly serves as the Director of Talent, TempForce and Executive Search for Vanderbilt University Medical Center. She is responsible for the recruitment of temporary staff, executive recruitment and oversight for internships and partnerships at VUMC. She serves as the site administrator for the VUMC Nursing Explorers Program, this program exposes young adults ages 16 to 20 with an opportunity to explore various nursing specialties as a career. Prior to VUMC she served as the Director of Recruitment and Physician Relations for The Little Clinic. Novonda obtained her master’s degree in organizational management and her bachelor’s degree in management and human Relations from Trevecca Nazarene University, Nashville, TN.
She serves on the Board of Bethlehem Centers of Nashville, whose mission is to promote self-reliance and positive life choices for children, youth and seniors in the North Nashville community through the delivery of educational programs and special services. She was instrumental in starting the first annual STEM Camp at Bethlehem Centers of Nashville. She is an active member of the National Coalition of 100 Black Women- Nashville Chapter. She is passionate about her work with the Rutherford County March of Dimes whose mission is to improve the health of babies by preventing birth defects, premature birth and infant mortality. She is currently on the board of CABLE (Premier Leadership organization for women’s professional advancement and has served on the Power of Inclusion Committee as the Nominations Chair.
