Donna Dalton is currently Director of Community Development at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. She manages third party events which raise money for their hospitals, such as the Ingram Cancer Center, Bill Wilkerson and Children’s Hospital. Before joining Vanderbilt Donna was a consultant for the Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee. Upon graduating from Transylvania University in Lexington, Kentucky, she began her career in 1983. She worked for Nashville Gas for 12 years working her way up to the marketing director. While pursuing her career at Nashville Gas she also received her MBA. She “retired’ to raise her 2 boys and was involved in several community volunteer jobs and local boards for the next 17 years.

Board Positions held throughout the years with committee work including marketing, development, finance, strategic planning and nominatingresponsibilities for various organizations including: Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital, YMCA, YWCA, Cheekwood Botanical Gardens, United Way of Middle Tennessee, Friends of Children’s Hospital, Salvation Army, Women’s Fund of the Community Foundation.
She was married to Steve for 29 years who passed away in 2013 of cancer. Donna has remarried widower Luke Froeb, and they live in Nashville, TN. Donna has 2 sons, David (26) who works for Magnolia in Waco, Texas and Scott (24) is in seminary at Truitt Theological Seminary in Waco, Texas.
