Formerly contracted as the SVP/Chief Strategy Officer for Saint Thomas Health Services, a $1B regional Ascension Healthcare system with more than 5,000 employees.

Sold agency in 2015, transitioned responsibilities to leadership team developed specifically to achieve succession strategy. Currently CEO of Executive Selection, applying history of building successful competency-based teams to companies at the point of hire and beyond.
