Alisha Wix

Alisha Wix is responsible for Vendor Diversity and Marketing for Skanska’s Nashville office. In her role, she develops and implements diversity processes on our projects, builds relationships with subcontractors and community organizations as well as assists in strengthening Skanska’s brand and growing market share. Alisha has been with Skanska for fifteen years and is a member of Skanska’s Nashville Leadership Team. She is a Nashville 40 under 40 recipient, a 2019 graduate of Leadership Middle Tennessee, received Cable’s Rising Star Award in 2018, 2012 was recognized as Skanska’s Midwest Female Outperformer and in 2009 as one of Nashville’s Top 30 under 30.

Alisha served as Cable’s 2019 Power of Inclusion Chair, 2019 Co-President for Leadership Middle Tennessee, Swag Bag Chair for ATHENA’s 2019 Scholarship and Awards Program, Chaired the 2016 Nashville NOW Diversity Workforce Bus Tour, 2016-2019 Marketing and Communications Chair for Cable and Skanska’s Midwest Women’s Network Chair for 2017-2019. Over the years, Alisha has stayed active in her community by volunteering with the ACE Mentor Program of Middle Tennessee, Josie Mazzo Children’s Charities and Habitat for Humanity Women’s Build. She has also been involved with Junior League of Nashville. Alisha and her husband, Derek, have two children, a twelve-year-old daughter, Gray, and a nine-year-old son, Walton.
