CABLE 3001 – 21st Century Leadership in a Multicultural World: Managing and Leading Across Generations, Cultures, and Sectors in Communities and Organizations

William Frey of Brookings calls it a diversity explosion remaking the US workforce and electoral map. Nashville is one of the fastest growing, most diverse cities in the country.

Leading in a multicultural society is not only a given in today’s world; it is an opportunity to build on research showing diverse teams produce better solutions.

The key for the successful leader is an intentional approach: Respecting, recognizing, and building on the different perspectives and talents of every person in your organization—and realizing the power of generations, races, genders, and ethnicities working together professionally and in the community.

CABLE 4001 – From Vision to Results: Strategic Planning and Executing Through Collaborative Leadership

In this course, you will build or refine a strategy to bring your idea for change to reality.

You will study and practice new models of organizational and social change based on collaboration, including collaborative leadership, shared value, and collective impact.

You will apply emerging and established theories of change management and best practices in behavior, organizational and community change—to bring your vision for the future to life.

$495 for Cable members or $745 for non-members (includes a year membership to Cable).
