Keynote Speaker: Nicole Provonchee, MBA
Nicole is an experienced executive coach, strategist and speaker with a passion for helping professionals and leaders of organizations seize opportunities and overcome barriers. She focuses a majority of her coaching, consulting, speaking, writing and research on supporting the success of women professionals and works primarily with women leaders and their teams.
In 2017, Nicole formed Bright Blue Consulting, a Nashville-based company that offers executive coaching and strategic planning services to individuals, teams and organizations ranging from non-profits to startups to Fortune 50 companies.
Prior to forming Bright Blue, Nicole spent 20 years in marketing, business development and strategy roles. Nicole’s client list has included Bridgestone, HCA, Parallon, Ascension, AmSurg, LifePoint and more. Nicole was most recently the Vice President of Marketing and Communications for Ascension Care Management, a division of Ascension, the nation’s largest non-profit healthcare system.
Nicole holds an MBA with a concentration in strategy from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, where she founded the school’s first MBA association for women. She holds an executive coaching certification from the Center for Executive Coaching, is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and has experience in a variety of coaching methods. She also serves as strategy consultant and coach with the Center for Non-Profit Management and is an Advisor at Nashville’s Entrepreneur Center.
Nicole resides in Nashville, Tennessee with her two sons and architect husband. She is committed to causes advocating children and women’s rights, including currently serving as an active volunteer with the Mayor’s Parent Cabinet for Nashville Schools, Percy Priest Elementary School, Our Kids and the Sexual Assault Center (SAC), all located in Nashville.
