The 2025 ATHENA Nomination Form for Nashville’s ATHENA Awards is designed to recognize and celebrate individuals who have demonstrated exceptional leadership, professional excellence, and a commitment to community service, particularly in supporting and empowering women. Nominees should exemplify the ATHENA leadership model, which emphasizes authentic self, relationships, giving back, collaboration, courageous acts, learning, and celebration and joy. The form requires detailed information about the nominee’s achievements, leadership style, and contributions to the community, as well as supporting materials that highlight their impact and alignment with the ATHENA mission. Nominators are encouraged to provide comprehensive and specific examples to showcase the nominee’s qualifications and dedication to fostering positive change.

Young Professional Nominee

Adopted in 2011, the Award recognizes emerging women leaders across professional sectors for exemplary leadership. It honors women between the ages of 25-40 who excel in their chosen field, devote time and energy to their community in a meaningful way, and serve as a role model for young women.
