Jess Williams is a visionary strategist and fundraising powerhouse, building movements at the intersection of culture, community, and capital. As Director of Growth & Engagement at The Equity Alliance, she’s led statewide campaigns that mobilized 100K+ voters, raised millions, and redefined what grassroots power looks like in Tennessee.
A master of brand storytelling and strategic partnerships, Jessica launched TEA’s first membership program and merch shop, tripled digital engagement, and built the org’s development department from the ground up. She’s a 2022 Nashville Black 40 Under 40 honoree, 2023 Cause Effective Fellow, Re:Power alum, 2024 Athena Young Professional Award nominee, 2025 INP Core Certificate member, and 2026 Nashville Emerging Leader. She also serves on the board of the North Nashville Arts Coalition and TNProgress.
