Nicole L. Wade is the owner of Cole Concepts LLC a consulting business that helps organizations with innovative branding and marketing concepts, process improvement, writing content, consulting, and coaching services.
She has a wealth of experience providing marketing concepts and solutions for magazines and businesses whereby she has served as consultant and coach, Editor in Chief, and Public Relations, assisting them with business creation and development, brand identity, advertising, marketing plans, prototype development, digital content creation, ghost writing, media kits, event planning, vetting, and overseeing writers, writing, and editing. Her consulting business has also assisted businesses with sales, business development and helping individuals with corporate development.
Over 15 years of corporate education experience lent her consistent ranking as a local and regional top performer. As a business development executive, she was responsible for gaining contracts, working with organizational leaders of Fortune 500 companies to advance their workforces professionally and educationally. She simultaneously coached internal regional teams to engage with these multi-industry client organizations. Several of those years, involved her increasing adult student attendance through recruitment to short-term educational programs and connecting the college to the community. Her efforts helped to increase student attendance exponentially and to create new grant opportunities through the State of Tennessee for funding that assisted adults with their education. In 2017, she was honored for her perseverance and culmination of work efforts with a nomination for the “Women’s Power-Up Award” by a nationally recognized women’s organization, Power to Exhale.
Former publisher of the now defunct Community Chronicle newspaper, Nicole has turned the proverbial page to focus her efforts on empowering women in the workplace. She published her first book in April of 2022, entitled Love Notes Journal for Women of Faith. Love Notes is a content rich, guided self-care journal for women that highlights important life topics and shares a special love note in each section. Her recent election to the Board of Nashville CABLE is greatly rewarding, as she is honored to be a contributor to their mission to advance women.
Nicole’s work is her passion, but the wind beneath her sails are her faith and family. She a mother to two amazingly talented adult children and Son-In-Law, and a very proud grandmother.
