September 22 : 11:30 am - 1:00 pm

Are you juggling your career, family, social activities, community service, caregiving, etc., and feeling the pressure to accomplish it all with excellence?

Superwoman Syndrome is a term that was coined in 1984 that refers to women feeling pressured to have to do it all and do it all, while simultaneously feeling like we aren’t doing enough.

Join us for a conversation on Mental Health & Wellness for Working Women on Wednesday, September 22nd, 11:30 – 1:00 pm as we discuss ways to prioritize mental health and wellness within and beyond the workplace!

This program is a hybrid (in-person & virtual) experience that will be filled with connections and valuable conversations on workplace wellness for women!

In-person attendees will receive lunch and self-care resources to practice the wellness tips we will discuss. Secure your in-person seat asap as there are only 25 seats available. Complimentary parking is available for all in-person attendees. Please register by Monday, September 20th.

Virtual attendees will get access to the live conversation, Q&A, and virtual connection activities.
