Session Length: All breakout sessions will be 55 minutes in length, including time for Q&A.

Breakout Sessions: 55-minute interactive workshops or panels (morning or afternoon)
Opening Keynote: 20-minute inspirational address on “Fearlessly Forward: Leading Without Limits”
Luncheon Keynote: 30-minute powerful talk during our Power of Inclusion & BWOF Luncheon on the theme “Powerful Voices. Purposeful Leadership. Lasting Change.”
Closing Panel: 45-minute moderated discussion on “Bold Voices. Big Impact.” featuring women from both tracks discussing what it means to lead fearlessly and with purpose

Application Timeline: Applications close May 5, 2025. Applicants will be notified by May 15, 2025 with our decision.
Selection Process: Our team will review all applications, and selected speakers will receive promotional graphics at the time of notification so we can begin marketing efforts.
