For several years, I have had the pleasure of working with a gentleman, Erik Smetana, who has been the Exec. Director, Compensation & Talent for the Vanderbilt University Human Resources department. Due to a recent reorganization within the department, he is now looking for a new opportunity here in the Nashville area. He and his family live in Williamson County where they would like to stay. His expertise has been in higher education HR although he is willing to explore other options.  See below.
