Part Time Sales Enablement Coordinator

We are helping a client onboard a Part Time Sales Enablement Coordinator.  The role of the Sales Enablement Coordinator it to support the Leadership Team and Marketing Team in their Business Development| Sales efforts.  They will focus on researching the Target Market, streamlining the Sales Presentation/Pitch Process, and coordinating sales efforts for the company. 

 

Samples responsibilities will include:

  • Market Research in Conjunction with Leadership & Marketing Teams
  • Work with Marketing Team to Identify Key Targets for Sales Initiatives
  • Assist Finance Team to Create & Monitor Performance Metrics & Objectives for Sales Team
  • Utilize and leverage sales technology tools for reporting and benchmarking.
  • Map Company’s Sales Process with Customers Buying Process
  • Monitor Sales Conversion Rates & Team Success
  • Develop and manage the 12-18 month Sales Enablement roadmap that supports Company’s 3 Year Forecast
  • Implement the development, delivery and training of effective sales playbook and ensure it is consistent with messaging and brand alignment
  • Spend time with on-site team to understand the “field reality” and build sales enablement deliverables to meet their needs.
  • Sharing the information about the key techniques, practices, and tools that can support the work of the sales team
  • Educate the Leadership Team by helping them to understand the Service Line/ solutions and sell them
  • Taking responsibilities for learning & teaching programs to the Sales & Leadership Team
  • Providing the necessary support during all stages of the Sales Cycle
  • Developing and managing sales enablement projects and activities.
