Roxianne Bethune is the founder and principal of Nashville based Alliance Synergy Group (ASG). ASG specializes in creating diversity and inclusionary programs, focused on both firms and individuals, which are successful and can be integrated on a larger and continuous scale for its clients.

Prior to independent consulting, Bethune tallied 20 plus years of experience increasing opportunities for disadvantaged businesses and individuals. Since making the move from corporate firms to municipal government in the late 1990s, she transitioned to some of her region’s largest infrastructure projects working with the Metropolitan Government of Nashville & Davidson County. Bethune then made the shift to one of the largest capital projects in the country in 2008, as the Manager of Diversity Business Enterprise Programs with Nashville’s new 600 million dollar convention center project.

Bethune holds the following certifications, as well as a bachelor of science in Business
Administration from Southern University of New Orleans:
